Danc'ly ("we", "us") operates dancly.app. This policy explains what data we collect and why.
What we collect
- Email address and platform preference when you join the waitlist, stored in our database and with Clerk (our user management provider)
- A local browser entry ('dancly_alpha_signup') so the form isn't shown again after you've signed up
We do not use analytics cookies or any third-party tracking.
Third-party processors
- **Clerk** (clerk.com) - stores your email for waitlist and future account management. Data may be processed in the US.
- **Resend** - sends the waitlist confirmation email. Data may be processed in the US.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data
- We do not use tracking or analytics cookies
- We do not share your email with parties other than those listed above
Your rights
You can request deletion of any data associated with your email at any time by writing to hello@dancly.app.
We process your email based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (www.datenschutz-berlin.de). We retain your email until you request deletion or until the product publicly launches.
